Karolina Gwinner is the CEO of Charismatic Leaders and the owner of eBuzz Builders.
Karolina helps leaders overcome their fear, build confidence and bring out their inner SHINE so that they can become their best, influence others and make an impact they are looking for.
She developed her expertise in charismatic leadership, communication and social media while working for global corporations such as Hewlett-Packard in Germany, Merrill Lynch and Bank of New York Mellon in Ireland. Having held many leadership positions, both in the corporate world as well as for non-profit organizations, Karolina has trained and inspired people from all different walks of life in six different countries.
Karolina holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from University of Economics in Poznan, Poland. She completed the Postgraduate Program in Innovation, Knowledge Management and Entrepreneurial Dynamics at Aalborg University in Denmark.
