An Innovation Igniter, education reformer and youth developer, Sindu is always looking for providing opportunities to young minds to explore the 4C's of innovation - Creativity, Confidence, Communication and Collaboration. She believes that if youngsters gets the access to right platform to work on their 4C's, they will be able to gain the growth mindset and the motivation to achieve excellence. Sindu founded The Kidz Parade magazine as such a platform.


Sindu writes, speaks and works on growth mindset and innovation, and more specifically on innovation in education. Sindu has had a diverse career from international consulting, professional speaking, innovation management, helping underprivileged children, founding companies and mentoring entrepreneurs.


Sindu is the author of International bestseller Infinite Possibilities: Unlock your real potential with the secret recipes of superachievers. She is the lead author of Breakthrough, which went onto become Amazon #1 bestseller and Amazon #1 Hot New Release when it was released on Amazon. Sindu is also the author of 77 Thoughts to Kickstart Your Day. Sindu has been featured as a maker to look forward to in the book published by Singapore Science Centre on the occasion of Singapore's golden jubilee SG50. She has been featured on several news medias. She is the recipient of the Women Economic Forum Exceptional Woman of Excellence award.


Sindu is the founder of International Youth Leadership & Innovation Forum (IYLIF), CEO of As Many Minds, Founding Editor of The Kidz Parade, Executive Director of XB5 Consulting


She helps innovation in education with her products, services, workshops and talks for students, parents, teachers and schools through As Many Minds.


Sindu holds a B.Tech Degree in Computer Science & Engineering and MBAs from UCLA Anderson and NUS Business School.
