- While making every effort to avoid inconvenience to our valued clients, As Many Minds Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend class start date, schedule and venue based on the minimum number of participants required to start class as well as any other unforeseeable factors.
- By attending the program, course or event that you have chose to enroll, you grant to As Many Minds Pte Ltd and its affiliates an unrestricted, sub licensable, assignable, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to any image, persona, and likeness, in any audio, video or visual recordings (including, but not limited to, photographs and digital images) taken or to be taken of you and/or your ward/child and/or other people accompanying you during the event. This license includes the right to reproduce, store, modify, create derivative works of, and otherwise use the content in whole or part, in any manner for marketing and promotional activities. You will neither sue nor bring any proceeding against As Many Minds Pte Ltd for defamation, copyright infringement, and invasion of the rights to privacy, publicity or personality based on this license.
- For certification programs, the participants will be awarded the certification, only after successfully completing the program. Job placement or paid engagements is not guaranteed to participants upon program completion. We reserve the right to update or substitute courses and programs in the future.

The participant’s level of success in attaining results is dependent upon a number of factors including their skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, focus, goals and effort. - Confidentiality and Non-Compete: Participants of our program, forums and sites hereby understand that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented we teach you and provide to you are copyrighted and proprietary, so users agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from our information in any manner whatsoever without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use or distribution of our proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and As Many Minds Pte Ltd will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.
- Incomplete field work or assignments: As part of programs, participants will be given assignments or field work that needs to be completed and submitted with the time allotted. Participants will not receive the Certificate of Completion if the field work and assignments are not completed and submitted in the time allotted.
- Photos/video/audios recorded of the participants or their parents or guests during the program may be used for advertising and marketing purposes of the company, its products, services, events and/or training material preparation.
- The term ‘As Many Minds’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘company’ refers to As Many Minds Pte Ltd. The term ‘you’ refers to the participants and their parents/legal guardians.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
1.When you decide to withdraw your child/ward from a camp/service/events/services: If we receive your written notice of cancellation no later than 30 days prior to the start of the camp/service/events/services, the fees you paid will be fully refunded after deducting the administration fees of the payment service provider. If we receive the notice between 14 to 29 days prior to the start of the camp/event/service, we will refund 50% of the fees you paid. There will not be any refund if we receive your cancellation notice during or within 0-13 days prior to the start of the camp/event/service .
2.If we cancel a workshop for any reason, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
