Khyati Kapai is the Founder of Yzer Solutions Pte Ltd, a soft skills training consultancy.  She has been teaching, training and coaching for 17 years.  She is based in Singapore and has taught in other parts of Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, London and the US. She has also been an Adjunct Lecturer with Nanyang Technological University.  Khyati specializes in the training of Professional Communication skills and Personal Effectiveness.  As a trained Results Coach, she also offers executive coaching. Khyati has authored three publications.  She also has a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of London.
