Lavinia Thanapathy is Vice President at the Singapore Council for Women’s Organisations (SCWO) and the Immediate Past President of PrimeTime Business & Professional Women’s Association. A branding and communications specialist by profession, she is a sought after speaker on the issues of leadership, diversity and on women’s issues. She is a lawyer by training and has worked around the world in Australia, Poland, Germany, the UK and Singapore. Lavinia is married to Ambassador Karsten Warnecke, Executive Director, Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) and is the mother and stepmother to 5 children aged between 8 & 28.
