A motivational speaker, nurse and caregiver to his mentally ill mother, he has gone through a series of setbacks such as experiencing his parents' divorce and constant bullying at the age of seven, and even to the extent of losing his job and ex-grilfriend simultaneously at the age of 24.
He has been featured on The Straits Times, IMH Link, IMH Case Manager's, Conference Singapore Patient Caregiver Conference, 12 Minute Conversation Podcast and 93.8 Live's A Slice of Life.
Going through his years' of challenges, Rayson focused on the positive and he was resolved to aspire to inspire before he expires. He is obsessed about making a difference in people's lives by teaching them how to fulfil their purpose. And today his vision is to inspire 20000 people in the world, creating more impact, legacy and joy by 2020.
