Snigdha Sharma is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the arena of Environment Studies and she is passionate about the environment management. 

She believes that we ought to bring up our younger generations making them conscious and sensitive to the effects of environment pollutants for healthy life and greener earth.  Her writings in various journals, magazines and newspapers have been acknowledged and appreciated. She has been invited to the various world forums to spread her message. She was a visiting scientist to the University of Glasgow, Stockholm University and Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena, Germany and has participated in various conferences and workshops.

Dr. Sharma was chosen to train distinguished delegates and educationists from certain universities of China in the programme on building partnership in research and developing International collaborations.

She has been participating in various non-profit initiatives taken by various organizations in Singapore. Dr Snigdha Sharma opines it is up to us to make the world we want our future generations to live in.
